Khube Rinpoche, Founder of Karuna Home
Karuna Home is a rehabilitation center based in Bylakuppe Tibetan settlement in South India, which works with physically and mentally disabled young Tibetans. With thirty students currently enrolled, it has many more waiting to enroll. Khube Rinpoche tells VOA that he was motivated to start the center because of H.H. the Dalai Lama’s advice on the importance of helping the poor and needy in society.
