Tibetans in exile have urged Indian PM to raise Tibetan Issue with China. However, the issue of Tibet has been completely ignored in the five memorandums of understanding which will be signed in Beijing. Mr. Lobsang Wangyal, a Tibetan activist, says that side lining the Tibetan issue is not the solution. He says, Tibet’s campaign for a greater autonomy within Chinese Constitution is reasonable which Chinese must consider and India must push forward.
