The Relations Between Tibet and Mongolia


Mongolians from around the world convened this week in Dharamsala to perform a long life ritual prayer for the Dalai Lama. Gathering from Mongolia and the Russian autonomous states of Kalmykia, Tuva and Buryat, this historic event highlights the renewal of Tibetan-Mongolian cultural and religious relations. This week Kunleng host, Dorje Tseten, will discuss the ongoing dynamics of this historical relations with Hortsang Jigme, a Tibetan historian.
