The formal inauguration of Nepal Buddhist Federatin in Kathmandu on December 10, the world human rights day, the official formation of Nepal Buddist Federation was announced by the Secretary. The Federation was formed by four Tibetan Buddhist sects and was officialy registered on November 29, in Nepal.
