The resumption of issuing of 'Exit Permit' by the Nepalese government to the newly arrived Tibetans. It is reported that a group of 40 Tibetans who had arrived from Tibet on June 19 were issued 'Exit Permit' by the Nepalese Interior ministry and the group left Kathmandu on the evening of same day for their onward journey to India. The practice of issuing 'Exit Permit' to refugee by the government of Nepal was stopped last October and after the change of government in Nepal it is said that the goverment had started to re-issue the 'Exit Permit' in the month of May for refugee's to travel abroad, but it was just recently that they came to know about the real resuption of issuing 'Exit Permit' and therefor at present new arrival Tibetans don't face any problem related with the travel document to exit from Nepal.
