The 3rd session of the 16th Tibetan Parliament in Exile began its session in Dharamsala, North India on March 14, 2017.
Mr. Karma Yeshi, Minister for the Department of Finance, Central Tibetan Administration, presented the proposed budget of 2439 million rupees for the fiscal year of 2017-18. The members of the parliament will discuss the proposed budget within the next few days.
