Nepal's Present Political Crisis and Impacts

Nepal held its general election for the constituent assembly on the 19th of this month. While the major political parties have participated in this election, many smaller parties have boycotted the election altogether. Even before the final election results were announced, Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) has complained of wide spread fraud and conspiracy during the voting and withdrawn from the vote counting.
