Seeking Refuge

Geshe Lobsang Dawa explans medium level of seeking refuge to Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. Geshe Dawa says that taking refuge in the three jewels is the first lesson for the Buddha's followers. If a person chooses to be a Buddhist, one must take refuge in three jewels with wholeheartedly and sincerely. After taking the refugee, even if a person doesn't get enlightened in this life time, one is more likely to have favorable conditions for awakening in the near future.
