Tashi Takang, General Manager, Park Hyatt Hamburg

Tashi Takang’s started as a dishwasher in Switzerland and became the General Manager of the prestigious Park Hyatt Hamburg in Germany, a hotel awarded the best hotel in Germany for 2013 by Trip Advisor. He was previously the first General Manager of the newly built Park Hyatt Istanbul in Turkey. Takang talks about the hospitality sector and the challenges and responsibilities of running a world class luxury hotel.
