Australia Tibet Festival (In Tibetan)


Dicki Chhoyang, Minister of the Department of Information and International Relations of the Central Tibetan Administration based in Dharamsala, India began her visit to Australia on January 20, 2014 as the keynote speaker for the Festival of Tibet in Brisbane from January 22 to 26, 2014.

As part of her 11-day visit, Chhoyang is expected to visit other cities in Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, and Canberra.

To put the issue of Tibet on an international platform, Dicki Chhoyang gave an interview to ABC radio of Australian TV on January 22, 2014, where she reached out to the Chinese Diaspora and talked about the significance of outreach outside the Tibetan community.
