Dalai Lama Addresses Tibetans in Bay Area (In Tibetan)
The Dalai Lama blessed the renovated community center of the Tibetan Association of Northern California, and gave a public talk at Berkeley on, "How to Achieve Happiness," which was attended by over 3400 people on February 23, 2014.
'Dalai Lama Day' was honored in the city of Richmond and Berkeley, California during his visit.
He arrived in California on Friday afternoon after his meeting with President Obama at the White House, to begin a four day visit to address crowds in the San Francisco, Berkeley, and Santa Clara areas of Northern California.
