Tibetan stringer Tsering Migmar reported from Dharamsala that the exile Tibetan Department of Religious Affairs urges the Tibetan pubic to pray for the Dalai Lama’s health and also for a successful resolution of the Sino-Tibetan problems in the near future. The department made a special announcement today and every Tibetan to recite as many Tibetan mantras as possible.
