Chinese ambassador spoke over yelling from protesters in Portland, Oregon, on Tuesday, criticizing the Dalai Lama as the demonstrators outside called for Tibet's independence. Zhou Wenzhong, China's ambassador to the United States, answering a question from the audience said the Dalai Lama works for "independence under the guise of advocating autonomy."
