Dalai Lama and Indian Government Pledges Financial Aid to Tibetan Medical College Project
Tibetan spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama and Indian Government had recently pledged financial aid of 200 Lakhs (Indian Rupees) to the Tibetan Men-Tsekhang (medical) college project in South India.
