Encourage Creativity and Innovation, says Dr. Dorjee

Interview with Dr, Kunchok Dorjee, Research Fellow, at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD. Dr. Dorjee said that he has strong feelings about how education is imparted to Tibetan children – he recommends better environment that encourages students to ask questions without fear and reservations so that they grow up to be creative and innovative. He also points out that there is no substitute to hard work and good communication towards achieving anything in life.
