Dalai Lama Exclusively Addresses Tibetans in Ladakh (In Tibetan)

The Dalai Lama paid a visit to the Sonamling Tibetan Settlement in Leh, Ladakh and addressed a gathering of around 2500 Tibetans including many from establishment 22 (Dang-zhab-pa) on Sunday, August 7, 2016.

"Presently, there are 7350 Tibetans living in Ladakh," says Tseten Wangchuk, the chief representative officer of Tibetans in Ladakh.
