Lodup is a UK based ex-monk who has been enthralling audiences with traditional Tibetan nomadic ballads and contemporary folk songs for the last 10 years. His music has aired on BBC radio, been featured in national publications, and he has performed in front of thousands at festivals such as the World Music, Arts, and Dance. Lodup tells VOA that performing the unique musical stylings of his homeland makes him feel like he is representing Tibet
