Karmapa in the United States

During his third visit to the United States, Karmapa gave lectures at a few reputed universities in the United States, addressed the Tibetan communities in California and Boston, and visited few Buddhist centers. Karmapa was also awarded with an Honorary Doctor of Human Letters degree by the University of Redlands. He will address the students of a few more universities during his two month visit, and plans to give more religious teachings and meet Tibetan communities in other areas.
