Lobsang Sangay Clarifies Kashag’s Further Plans (In Tibetan)
Lobsang Sangay, head of the Tibetan administration in exile provided clarifications and further plans of the Tibetan Cabinet located in Dharamsala, India on September 19, 2013 during the second day of the sixth session of the 15th Tibetan Parliament in Exile.
The parliament discussed in length about an important official resolution regarding His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
