Indo-Tibet Friendship Group and the Tibetan National Democratic Party have jointly launched Tibet awareness campaigns in many places in India. The campaign involves giving talks to Indian citizens, distributing literature and so forth, and emphasizing the importance of India’s involvement in resolving Sino-Tibetan problems. A spokesman for the campaign says the responses from the Indian public are very encouraging and positive.
