Tibetan stringer Thupten Geleg reported that the Dalai Lama arrived in Stockholm, this morning from Germany and he was warmly welcomed by the Swedish and Tibetan officials and local Tibetans and Tibet supporters. An Indian Embassy official also met him and he addressed the Tibetan community members and asked them to preserve Tibetan culture, in particular its language and the “good hearted nature” of Tibetan culture. Tomorrow he will be meeting with members of the Swedish Parliament.
