The celebration of 17th anniversary of Nobel Peace Prize award to the Dalai Lama. It is reported that in Dharamshala to mark the day, a special ceremony was held where His Holiness the Dalai Lama also attended the occasion. The Dalai Lama was presented with the White Lotus Award, the highest civilian award of the Russia's Republic of Kalmykia, President Mr. Kirsan Nikolayevich Ilyumzhinov travelled to Dharamshala to specially present the award.
