Tibetans Rally Against China བོད་སྐད།

Tibetan exiles storm the Chinese embassy in the Indian capital Delhi on 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.

As China showed its might to the world with a massive parade in Beijing to celebrate 60 years of the People's Republic - in India, Tibetan exiles showed their continuing anger over China's occupation of Tibet.

Carrying their national flags they stormed the Chinese Embassy in Delhi. They condemned the Chinese celebration of what they termed as 60 years of violence, lies, oppression and occupation of Tibet.

In the Indian town of Dharamsala home to thousands of exiled Tibetans, demonstrators also staged a protest march over what they called 60 years of oppression. Critics have accused China of repressing Tibetans' Religious culture centring on the Dalai Lama the Nobel Peace Prize winner. China periodically engages in talks with representatives of the Dalai Lama, but rejects what it calls separatism.
