The prayer congregration held to mark the 18th anniversary of imposition of martial law in Lhasa on 8 March 1989. His Holiness the Dalai Lama led the prayer to pay homage to those who died and imprisoned due to the imposition of martial law. The prayer congregration was joined by the officiers of the exile administration and was organised by the Kashag.
