The Dalai Lama attended the opening session of the two day Seminar organized by the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives in Dharamsala. Dalai Lama said while expressing his appreciation of the historians and researchers for their work, stressed the importance of having an unbiased mind in their research and also to make sure a good beginning of any important project is matched with dedication to its completion.
