Pen International Tibet chapter unveiled a book on the conditions of Tibetan writers in Chinese prison.
The Tibet's Writers Abroad Center, based in Dharamsala, Northern India also publishes newspaper containing traditional literature, poetry, and commentaries related to social and political issues.
The center was established in Dharamsala in 1999, and currently has about 68 members.
