Stringer Ganden Tashi reported on the future prospects of the Tibetan youths in Tibetan Pokhara and other settlements in Nepal. Most of the third generation Tibetan youths who were born in Nepal do not have Nepalese citizenship or legal residential papers.
Sonam Sangpo, a second generation Tibetan, said Tibetan youths in Nepal face a bleak future as majority are not able to receive education and even with a good education, getting a good job remains difficult due to their immigrant status.
