Hundreds of Tibetan exiles protest visit of Chinese Foreign Minister བོད་སྐད།

Hundreds of Tibetan demonstrators marched in New Delhi on Monday to protest against Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi's visit to India and the Chinese crackdown in Tibet.

Marching with banners and chanting anti-China slogans, the protesters said India should raise the issue of alleged human rights violations with the visiting Chinese delegation.

"We are here to let him know that you know, we are completely against China's illegal occupation of Tibet and they should stop, immediately stop the repression of Tibetans inside Tibet," Tsewang Rigzin, President of Tibetan Youth Congress in India told AP Television.

India is home to the largest Tibetan exile community and their exiled spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama.
