Dalai Lama's Envoy from visit to China. It is reported that the 5th Tibetan
delegation headed by Special envoy Lodi Gyari and envoy Kalsang
Gyaltsn returned back from China on 23rd and on 25th February the two envoys will report to His Holiness the Dalai Lama about their visit.
After the Tibetan New Year,the envoys will brief the Chairman and the
vice-Chairwomen of the Assembly of Tibetan People's Deputies and the
members of the Kashag.
It is also reported that according to the spokesman of exile-Tibetan government,the fifth delegation apart from visiting Beijing,this time they visited the China's southern province,Guangxi to examine the working of Zhong Nationalities autonomous features,which is one of the China's largest autnomous area,with a popualtion of 20 million.
