Traditional Tibetan Medicine for Aspiring Tibetan Doctors

Interview with Tsewang Tamdin, Chief Medical Officer, Tibetan Medical Center, Dharamsala., and a Personal Physician to the Dalai Lama. Dr. Tamdin said that an intensive six-year course is offered at the Center, at the end of which, a student graduates as a full-fledged Tibetan Medicine Doctor. A total of 250 doctors have graduated from the Medical Institute in the last fifty years.
